Shopmobility & Accessibility

Leicester Shopmobility offers the free loan of a scooter, powerchair, power-assisted wheelchair or manual wheelchair to anyone with mobility problems when they are visiting the city centre. Identification is required.

All new customers are given detailed instructions on how to safely operate the equipment. Staff will test you to ensure you are competent and in full control of the equipment.

The Haymarket office is based at the Bus station, 37 Belgrave Gate, Leicester, LE1 3HP. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 4pm. Click here for more information.

Toilets & Baby Changing

Our toilet facilities are located on the first floor next to the Centre Management Office.

The opening hours for the toilet facilities are:

• Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm

Please note the toilets will be closed at 6pm for deep cleaning.

• Sunday 10.30am – 4.30pm

Amazon Lockers

Amazon Lockers are located on the 1st Floor opposite TKMaxx Entrance. When ordering or returning goods from Amazon please specify ‘HODGE’.

Cash Machines

You will find 2 cash machines on the ground floor under the escalator – and 1 outside Tesco Express.

Lost Property & Security

For lost property please visit our Security Offices on the first floor, situated next to the Toilets.

If you become separated from your child please inform one of our Security team immediately, call Security Control on 0116 262 3774 or visit our Security Offices.

Free WFi

Free WiFi is available throughout the centre.

Hubert Dalwood Sculpture

The first abstract sculpture to be installed in Leicester city centre was the tree-like, stainless steel sculpture by Hubert Dalwood. Find out more here

There is a Photo Booth on Clock Tower Mall. Timpson also offer a passport photo service.
