Could your imagination become a real miniature masterpiece?

Haymarket Shopping Centre is inviting children – and the young at heart – to enter our Mini Make-Believe Competition for the chance to see their imagination transformed into a stunning miniature scene. Draw your own make-believe world. It could be inspired by a happy memory, a magical fantasy land, an exciting adventure, or a wonderful mix of all three! Once you’ve finished your masterpiece, tell us all about it on the entry form and hand it in for your chance to win.

What’s up for grabs?
A winner will be chosen from each age category.

Each category winner will receive:
Their winning scene lovingly recreated in miniature by local artist Rebecca Harvey-Hobbs of Mission Magpie.
Their finished miniature displayed inside a beautiful wooden chest as part of a special exhibition at Haymarket Shopping Centre.
After the exhibition, they’ll get to take their unique miniature creation home to treasure forever.

Overall Winner
One overall winner will also receive a £50 Haymarket Shopping Centre Gift Card to spend at participating retailers.

How to enter
Pick up an entry form from the Community Hub at Haymarket Shopping Centre
Draw your make-believe scene.
Answer the questions on the entry form to tell us all about your creation.
Return your completed entry before the closing date.

Closing date: 22 August

Exhibition
Visit Haymarket Shopping Centre to see the winning designs brought to life by Rebecca Harvey-Hobbs. Each miniature scene will be beautifully handcrafted inside a wooden chest and displayed as part of a special exhibition before being returned to its creator.
